As a Remote Work from Home Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

**What Part Will You Play?**
As a Remote Work from Home Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing standard/scripted responses to Service Level Agreement (SLA) defined alerts generated within the fraud detection queues.
* Assisting with the completion of the lost stolen report, including blocking and transferring compromised accounts to prevent further losses and fraudulent activity.
* Building credit card replacement orders and completing shipping materials.
* Building knowledge and basic skills required to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training, research of department policies, procedures, external regulations, and analytic techniques, and the expertise of more experienced fraud analysts.
**What Are We Looking For in This Role?**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with the following qualifications:
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Minimum of 6 months of recent contact center and/or work from home contact center experience in the last 18 months.
* Bilingual Spanish
* Ability to work mid-shift to late shifts, including weekends, as part of your weekly schedule.
* Ability to be on camera at all times.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* One full year of recent contact center or work from home contact center experience.
* Banking, Fraud, and/or Collections experience.

* Competitive salary of $15.00 per hour, plus a 20% language differential once you begin taking Spanish calls, resulting in a total of $18.00 per hour.

* Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requires instructions on all assignments.
* Works under close supervision.
