Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team in Waltham, MA. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the organization, entry, review, verification, and loading of manufacturing data from unstructured formats into our structured data management system, primarily using pdf documents as source materials.
  • Curate, enter, verify, and reconcile data into appropriate data management systems for raw material attributes, manufacturing in-process data, and product data, ensuring adherence to master data standards and maintaining data integrity.
  • Provide data outputs in useful formats to cross-functional teams, enabling visualization, reporting, and analysis of datasets that include batches manufactured at both internal sites and external contract manufacturing facilities.
  • Follow standard operating procedures to ensure timely and accurate data entry and verification, upholding the highest standards of data quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to address data discrepancies, resolve issues, and implement process improvements, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our data management practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in data entry or a related field, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma; additional education or certifications in a relevant field are highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications and systems.
