**About the Position**

As a Retail Customer Service Representative II, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, managing order processing, and ensuring accurate scheduling. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues, schedule appointments, and create packets or other materials as required for sales fulfillment processes.
**Responsibilities**
As a Retail Customer Service Representative II, your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer (homeowner)/delivery partner requests/inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Processing complex orders/requests with 100% accuracy from intake to filing
* Ensuring the customer management system is updated appropriately
* Clarifying, diagnosing, and resolving customer order issues
* Scheduling appointments with homeowners
* Creating packets or other materials as required for sales fulfillment processes
* Handling permits and inspections
* Preparing customer correspondence
* Identifying and implementing ways to improve overall level of service
* Communicating order fulfillment process information to internal delivery partners and providing customer/delivery partner feedback
* Administering programs, such as customer referral programs
* Training others in office and customer service processes
* Creating purchase orders, processing payments, or processing receipts
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent, plus 2-4 years' work experience, including order processing work
* Demonstrated word processing, spreadsheet, and general computer skills
* Strong phone etiquette and verbal skills to facilitate problem resolution
* Intermediate writing skills
* The ability to determine customer needs and assist in resolving issues for assigned areas
**Nice-to-Haves**
While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or sales environment
* Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
