Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative / Data Entry Assistant to support the daily operations of our remote office. - Facilitate executive-level operations: Book travel, submit expense reports, and send communications for high-level staff as needed
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or receptionist preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
