**About the Role**
As an Experienced Full Stack Live Chat Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our live chat platform. You will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support to American Express customers, leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide live chat support to American Express customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
* Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, leveraging knowledge of software applications, hardware, and networking protocols
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product teams, customer service representatives, and technical support specialists, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of American Express products and services, including features, benefits, and limitations

**Essential Qualifications**
