Key Responsibilities

• Execute strategies to support the growth of ocean volumes and enhance the development of the ocean product
• Work closely with the Managing Director of Ocean to support carrier development, pricing, and analyzing of carrier service, routings, and performance
• Support sales and operations as an ocean subject matter expert, providing guidance and expertise to drive business growth
• Implement and communicate strategies to increase volumes, maximize competitiveness, enhance service, and support adherence to preferred networks
• Assist in implementing pricing programs, reviewing volume targets, and developing an ocean strategy to enhance sales effectiveness and achieve account development and yield enhancement expectations
• Communicate internally and externally to outline strategy, market conditions, and direction, working closely with the global trade lane team, sales, and operations
• Direct and indirect customer contact will be required, providing exceptional customer service and support to drive business growth and satisfaction
