Job Overview

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for executing strategies that support the growth of ocean volumes, enhancing the development of the ocean product, and analyzing carrier service, routings, and performance. You will work closely with the Managing Director of Ocean, sales, and operations teams to communicate direction, deliverables, and market conditions, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures to minimize risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute strategies to support the growth of ocean volumes and enhance the development of the ocean product
- Work closely with the Managing Director of Ocean to support carrier development, pricing, and analyzing of carrier service, routings, and performance
- Support sales and operations as an ocean subject matter expert, providing guidance and expertise to drive business growth
- Implement and communicate strategies to increase volumes, maximize competitiveness, enhance service, and support adherence to preferred networks
- Assist in implementing pricing programs, reviewing volume targets, and developing an ocean strategy to enhance sales effectiveness and achieve account development and yield enhancement expectations
- Communicate internally and externally to outline strategy, market conditions, and direction, working closely with the global trade lane team, sales, and operations
- Direct and indirect customer contact will be required, providing exceptional customer service and support to drive business growth and satisfaction
