**Job Overview**
As an Experienced Customer Care Intern at blithequark, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and support. This is a 6-month trainee program with the potential for a permanent position, offering a monthly stipend during the training period. You will work in a fully remote environment, with a flexible schedule that allows you to work from anywhere.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Intern, your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer/clients queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
* Identifying customer/clients needs and helping customers use specific features
* Updating our internal databases/CRM with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
* Monitoring customer complaints on social media and reaching out to provide assistance
* Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
* Gathering customer feedback and sharing with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
* Assisting in training junior Customer Support Representatives
* Updating CRM (Change current course to completed modules)
* Handling complicated queries which are not resolved by the first contact person
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
* Familiarity with our industry is a plus
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Multi-tasking abilities
* Patience when handling tough cases
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in customer-facing roles or customer support
