**The Role**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Team Leader to oversee a team of customer service associates. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service, while also driving team performance and growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Monitor team performance (15+ associates) and provide coaching, feedback, and mentorship to improve performance and achieve targets
* Conduct managerial routines, such as team meetings, to communicate goals, updates, and service procedures
* Address escalated customer issues promptly and effectively
* Track and analyze team performance metrics and prepare reports
* Identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for improvement and work closely with different functions to streamline processes and resolve issues
* Responsible for employee engagement and professional development
* Manage projects and tasks related to the customer care department
**What We're Looking For:**
* 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role (Customer Care Team Leader or equivalent)
* Previous experience in an international call center environment
* Strong managerial skills, with a proven track record of driving team performance and growth
* High English language proficiency
* Self-learning ability and a willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes
* Responsibility and ownership-taking, with a strong sense of accountability
* Problem-solving ability, with a creative and innovative approach to complex challenges
* Proficient in MS Office, with experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software
