With a team of nearly 70,000 employees serving clients in more than 100 countries, we are dedicated to transforming approaches to patient care and improving health outcomes. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for: * Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers, providing timely and accurate solutions to their billing inquiries * Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up * Utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a proactive and customer-centric approach * Maintaining performance goals and meeting productivity standards, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation * Becoming proficient with processes after completing a structured training program, with opportunities for growth and development **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** To succeed in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1+ year of work experience in a related field (medical billing, customer service, insurance claims, EOB, call center, or fast-paced environment) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment * Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality * Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications, with a strong understanding of alpha-numeric data entry * Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation * Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity **Qualifications** In addition to the above requirements, we are seeking candidates with: * Previous work experience in medical billing, customer service, insurance claims, EOB, call center, or fast-paced environment * Previous interaction and communication with patients regarding medical information * Technical/Other Requirements: + Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second connectivity (required for remote work) + Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord (no Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with Ethernet port) + Dedicated area to perform duties without interference, with structured breaks and time management **Why Join blithequark?** As a Customer Service Support Representative at blithequark, you will enjoy: * A remote work opportunity, with the flexibility to work from home * Quarterly variable bonus potential, with opportunities for growth and development * Generous paid time off, with a focus on work-life balance * Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Options, with Flexible Spending Accounts and 401(k) and Employee Stock Purchase plans * No Charge Lab Testing, Fitness Reimbursement Program, and many more incentives! **Pay Range** The pay range for this position is $15.25-$16.00 or State/Local minimum wage, if higher. We encourage all qualified candidates to apply. **Shift and Benefits** The shift for this position will be Monday-Friday, 11am-8pm EST (10am-7pm CST, 9am-6pm MST, and 8am-5pm PST). During training, the hours will be 9am-6pm EST.
