About the Role
We are seeking a talented and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our in-house team in Northeast Miami. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, maximizing sales productivity, and assisting with the overall optimization of our customer service operations. Key Responsibilities
- Professionally respond to inbound calls from customers nationally, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
- Accurately input information into various fields, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our customer database
- Maintain our CRM database with up-to-date customer and prospect information, ensuring that all data is accurate and easily accessible
- Manage and process orders from start to finish, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow up with customers as necessary to ensure that their orders are processed and delivered to their satisfaction
- Verify the accuracy of customer information and orders, ensuring that all details are correct and up-to-date
- Follow up on pending payments and process payments in a timely and efficient manner
Supervisory Responsibilities
This role does not have any supervisory responsibilities, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our sales team.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work
- A collaborative and team-player attitude, with a willingness to support and assist your colleagues as needed
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) preferred
- 1 year of previous customer service or call center experience
- Customer service, email, and telephone etiquette are essential
- Computer literacy, with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to navigate through multiple programs and read and comprehend various customer care service tools
- Previous knowledge of Great Plains (GP) is a plus
