Job Overview

As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our daily operations. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our computer systems, handling cash transactions, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Enter data into computer systems with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Issue driver's licenses, vehicle registrations, and other transactions required by the State of Ohio
  • Handle daily cash balancing and account for all cash transactions made
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of administrative, technical, and interpersonal skills. The following qualifications and requirements are essential:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Adept math skills, with the ability to handle cash transactions and balance daily accounts
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a data entry or customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
