Job Overview
We're seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team as Full-Time Customer Service Agents. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support and service to our customers via inbound calls. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering world-class service that exceeds our customers' expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers and provide timely and effective support and solutions to their inquiries and concerns
- Quickly and accurately identify and assess individual customer needs and take appropriate action steps to satisfy those needs
- Project patience, empathy, caring, and sincerity in voice tone and words, establishing rapport with customers and remaining positive and upbeat
- Communicate clearly and succinctly, expressing thoughts and information in a way that is easy for customers to understand
- Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- Be flexible, adjust quickly, and react positively to change, demonstrating the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with others
- Participate in special projects as required, contributing to the success of our team and the growth of our company
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center environment
- Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Outstanding attendance and work ethic, with a strong ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers
- Self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good typing and keyboarding skills, with the ability to pass a typing test
- Ability and openness to work professionally with a diverse customer base, demonstrating respect and empathy for all customers
- A criminal background check and drug test are required, and a vehicle tag check must be completed, with all toll violations paid prior to the hire date
