• Extracting data from medical documents and entering it into our electronic database via Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word
• Handling incoming cases and ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date
• Using critical thinking skills to determine next steps and reaching out to clients via phone to obtain missing information
• Working in a metrics/quota-driven environment and meeting productivity standards
• Providing excellent customer service and client coordination over the phone

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• At least 1 year of remote work experience
• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a metrics-based environment
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or claims is preferred
• Reliable high-speed internet and a computer or laptop (no Chromebooks)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
