Job Overview

As a blithequark Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, utilizing your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, utilizing your critical thinking and analytical skills to find solutions
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to blithequark's high standards of quality and safety
  • Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring that all operations are running smoothly
  • Use technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and systems
  • Receive truck deliveries and ensure that all packages are handled and processed correctly

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Be at least 18 years old with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English
  • Have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Be able to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Be able to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with schedules varying week to week
