What You'll Do

As a Customer Care Professional at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, crafting positive experiences for our Card Members through exceptional support and personalized solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional support on high-volume inbound calls in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Understanding and addressing Card Members' needs with personalized solutions, using your active listening skills and problem-solving abilities to resolve issues and exceed customer expectations
  • Enhancing customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving, with a focus on building trust and loyalty with our Card Members
  • Adding value with unexpected offers and benefit enrollments, using your knowledge of our products and services to identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  • Navigating multiple computer systems efficiently to manage sensitive information and resolve inquiries, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail

What We Need from You

To be successful as a Customer Care Professional at blithequark, you will need:

  • Flexibility to work shifts anytime between 6:00 am - 2:00 am, including weekends, with a focus on being available to support our Card Members whenever they need us

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on demonstrating your ability to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a focus on providing exceptional support and resolving customer inquiries and concerns
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect naturally with Card Members and provide personalized solutions
  • Technical aptitude, with the ability to navigate multiple computer systems and manage sensitive information
  • Integrity and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics, with a focus on managing sensitive information and adhering to regulatory and compliance guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, with a focus on providing exceptional support and resolving customer inquiries and concerns
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on remaining calm and professional under pressure
  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology, with the ability to navigate multiple computer systems and manage sensitive information
