As a Bilingual Customer Experience Associate III, you'll play a vital role in driving success and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your strong and diverse skillset will be utilized to complete questionnaires and surveys via telephone, obtain and verify needed information, and respond to caller inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Completes questionnaires and surveys via telephone using standard scripts and standard operating procedures
- Obtains and/or verifies needed information for cases by answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls when further information is needed
- Documents all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Routes calls to appropriate departments and utilizes scripted Frequently Asked Questions to respond to caller inquiries
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines and recommends improved procedures
- Performs all other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be bilingual in Spanish, and have excellent computer navigation skills. You should also have knowledge of customer service principles and practices, some experience in a call center or customer service environment, and outstanding customer service skills. Additionally, you'll need to have excellent communication skills, good data entry and typing skills (35+ WPM), and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
