Job Overview

In this full-time remote position, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries, including phone calls and emails, related to price quotes, scheduling of calibrations, and post-calibration billing. You will also be expected to provide quality customer service, ensure constant communication with customers, and stay up-to-date on our product inventory. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle phone calls and emails from customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to inquiries related to price quotes, scheduling of calibrations, and post-calibration billing.
  • Provide quality customer service, ensuring that customer needs are met, and issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Establish and maintain constant communication with customers, keeping them informed about the status of their inquiries and any updates related to our services.
  • Stay knowledgeable about our product inventory, including data entry, cancellations, credits, invoicing, and customer service inquiries.
  • Generate sales and buys from online leads, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services to customers.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of different types of ADAS systems and calibrations, providing expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Assume other duties as assigned, being flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school degree or equivalent. While not essential, we prefer candidates with call center customer service experience, as well as those who are bi-lingual in English and Spanish. A minimum of 2+ years of college education is also desirable, although not required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Call Center Customer service experience: If you have experience working in a call center environment, you will be well-equipped to handle the demands of this role.
  • Bi-Lingual, English & Spanish: The ability to communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish is highly desirable, although not essential.
  • 2+ years of college: A college education will provide you with a solid foundation in communication, customer service, and business principles, making you a strong candidate for this role.

This role is primarily sedentary, requiring you to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse frequently. You may also be required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs occasionally. As a remote worker, you will need to have a dedicated workspace that is quiet, private, and free from distractions, with a reliable internet connection and necessary equipment to perform your duties.
