Key Responsibilities
- Conduct family interviews to assess and understand care needs, schedules, and job requirements
- Provide education and guidance related to the caregiving industry and best practices
- Compose and publish job posts on our platform to attract qualified candidates
- Screen and vet care provider candidates through applications and interviews
- Collaborate with Care Specialist teams to deliver a comprehensive range of service offerings
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and care providers

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree and 2-4+ years of client service experience, preferably in a human services or child care field.
