About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and energetic leader to oversee a team of customer service associates. As a Customer Care Team Leader, your primary goal will be to ensure the team exceeds performance targets while delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for monitoring the team's performance, providing coaching, feedback, and mentorship to improve performance and achieve targets.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring the team's performance (~ 15 associates), providing coaching, feedback, and mentorship to improve performance and achieve targets
- Conducting managerial routines such as team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and service procedures
- Addressing escalated customer issues promptly and effectively
- Tracking and analyzing team performance metrics and preparing reports
- Identifying trends, performance gaps, and areas for improvement and working closely with different functions to streamline processes and resolve issues
- Being responsible for employees' engagement and professional development
- Managing projects and tasks related to the customer care department
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 2 - 3 years of previous experience in a similar role – a must
- Previous experience in an international call center – a must
- Strong managerial skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- High English level, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-learning ability, with a strong desire to continuously improve and develop
- Responsibility and ownership taking, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Creative thinking and innovation, with the ability to think outside the box and come up with new solutions
- Proficient in MS Office, with excellent analytical and reporting skills
Preferred qualifications include experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
