Job Overview

blithequark is seeking an experienced Customer Education Consultant to deliver high-impact, engaging professional learning experiences for blithequark users. As a key member of our Customer Education team, you will work closely with Customer Training Managers and the Director of Professional Learning to help educators apply learning to practices for lasting growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and become an expert in blithequark solutions, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements.
  • Customize and deliver on-site and/or virtual product training and professional learning that meets client needs and exceeds expectations.
  • Differentiate training on the spot when needed to ensure high engagement and meeting learning goals.
  • Engage in an internal cycle of reflection, feedback, and development, including observations, client evaluations, and coaching.
  • Prepare for training engagements by collaborating with blithequark team members, customizing training materials, and learning about the particular needs and goals of the client.
  • Document and submit detailed training notes, maintaining accurate records and providing valuable insights for future improvements.
  • Present a professional image to clients at all times, embodying the values and mission of blithequark.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in education or a related field, providing a solid foundation for your expertise.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience facilitating or delivering professional development, with a proven track record of success.
  • Prior experience in K-12 education, offering a deep understanding of the educational landscape and the needs of educators.
  • Experience with educational technology, including familiarity with blithequark solutions or similar platforms.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills, enabling you to communicate complex ideas with clarity and precision.
  • A high level of attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of your work are thorough and accurate.
  • Proven organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement, driving you to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in education.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Deep knowledge of and experience with MTSS, Science of Reading, assessment, analytics, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience delivering training across various in-person and virtual modalities, including webinars.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office 365 and Google Suite productivity applications.
  • Ability to travel and arrange lodging and transportation, as required.
  • Use of a personal device with a willingness to install company applications.
  • Commitment to train on multiple platforms (minimum 2), demonstrating your adaptability and willingness to learn.
