About the Role

- Resolving customer issues regarding payments, orders, shipments, and general questions in a timely and high-quality manner

- Collaborating with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions

About You

- 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services
- Availability for overnight shifts from 10pm - 7:00am PST and weekends

- An obsession with customers and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Knowledge of collectibles is a plus, as well as a bachelor's degree or college experience
- Previous start-up experience is also a plus
