About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Associate to join our team at an exciting time. Our B2B platform is expanding rapidly across insurance, medicolegal, and consultant verticals, and we are now offering over 10 scan types, working with 200+ UK imaging centers. With $60m in VC funding and a proven track record of profitability, we are geared up for significant growth in 2024. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be the external face of blithequark, responsible for delivering amazing service to our patients, working with referrers, and ensuring seamless scheduling with our imaging sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer experience throughout the end-to-end pathway, from booking to completion of the scan and everything in between
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all communication channels, including calls, live chats, and emails
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive team success and ensure our customers receive the best possible experience
- Problem-solve and escalate issues as necessary to resolve customer queries promptly
- Work closely with external image centers and referrers to resolve operational challenges and drive a positive customer journey
- Achieve SLAs to minimize customer wait times and maintain high standards of Quality Assurance
- Adopt new operational processes and champion innovation within the team
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience working in a customer or patient-facing environment, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Superb verbal and written communication skills to share updates with patients and other medical staff
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- A high level of empathy and a patient-centric approach
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed individual and team targets
- A proactive and self-starter mindset, with a strong motivation to drive innovation and growth
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications and experience would be advantageous:
- Previous experience working in a start-up environment or a rapidly growing company
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly in medical imaging or diagnostics
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
