About the Role
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Representative to work with our clients and their customers. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world, as long as you have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. You'll be responsible for making outbound customer experience calls to our clients' customers, gathering feedback, and providing exceptional service. You'll also be required to answer inbound calls after hours, providing support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities

- Utilize Microsoft Suite, including Excel, to track and analyze customer data

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in customer service, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You'll also need to have a college degree and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, and have a good working knowledge of technology and software applications.
