60 Days In
- Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine fault, and resolve issues fairly and constructively
- Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, navigating order queues and determining what requires attention
- Develop strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, embodying a strong customer service mindset
90 Days In
- Play an active role in continued learning, advancing skill sets necessary for individual and team goals
- Manage in-bound seller calls, monitoring open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers
