About the Role
We're looking for a talented and experienced Customer Service Loyalty Champion II to join our team. As a champion on our Loyalty team, you'll be responsible for resolving customer needs, preventing churn, and delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. You'll be the face of blithequark, serving as a brand ambassador and advocate for our customers, and highlighting the value and benefits of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling and resolving escalated customer concerns with varying levels of complexity, using your expertise and judgment to provide effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
- Turning every customer contact into a sale or save opportunity, using your sales acumen and knowledge of our products and services to identify and meet customer needs
- Embracing the Service Plus mindset, resolving customer concerns and anticipating future needs to prevent churn and drive loyalty
- Growing the business by completing full end-to-end account analyses, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and executing targeted loyalty and retention strategies
- Providing exceptional customer experiences, listening for signs of churn, and leveraging historical reports and data to inform your interactions and decisions
- Navigating systems and utilizing available tools and resources to be self-sufficient and effective in your role, and to provide all applicable offers and solutions to customers
- Serving as a brand ambassador and advocate for our customers, highlighting the value and benefits of our products and services, and promoting our brand and offerings
- Applying business acumen to make informed decisions that balance customer satisfaction with cost-effectiveness, and to drive business growth and revenue
- Identifying plans, products, and services that meet customer needs, and providing personalized recommendations and solutions to prevent future contacts and drive loyalty
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- A Bachelor's Degree or one or more years of customer service experience, with a strong track record of resolving complex customer issues and driving customer satisfaction
- One or more years of sales experience, with a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue and retention goals
- Experience resolving complex customer issues, including escalations, billing, and product Q&A, with a strong understanding of customer needs and concerns
- A strong sales acumen, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and retention goals, and a ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
- Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to meet all home office requirements, including a private workspace, minimum internet speed, and a desk for the required equipment provided
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications, with a strong understanding of customer needs and concerns
- Experience troubleshooting customer products and services, with a working knowledge of our network and the ability to position network solutions
- Experience promoting and upselling products or services, with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
- One or more years of retention experience, with a strong understanding of customer needs and concerns, and a ability to drive loyalty and retention
