Key Responsibilities
- Operate all equipment and technology required to perform the job
- Stock ingredients and supplies, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Prepare products and process orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels
- Take inventory, complete associated paperwork, and perform other administrative tasks as required
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 16 years of age or older
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Have basic math skills and be able to operate a computer or other technology
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
Essential Functions and Skills
In addition to the job requirements, you'll need to possess the following essential functions and skills:
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others
Work Conditions
As a remote customer service representative, you'll be working from home or a remote location, and you'll need to be comfortable with:
- Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash or performing other outside tasks
- In-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas
- Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside
- Fumes from food odors
- Exposure to cornmeal dust
- Cramped quarters, including walk-in cooler
- Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees or higher
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
Sensing and Temperaments
In addition to the physical demands of the job, you'll need to possess the following sensing and temperaments:
- Talking and hearing on telephone
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
- Depth perception
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
- The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions
