About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in acting as the product resource liaison between our clients and their current or potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer support via phone, resolving issues, handling complaints, and addressing inquiries related to the specific product you are assigned to support. Your goal will be to efficiently and professionally resolve each call, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support with a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude
- Handle inbound calls in a timely manner and manage outbound calls as necessary
- Research and verify information provided by customers utilizing online resources
- Follow communication scripts while handling various technical topics and issues
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions to customer inquiries
- Provide customers with product and service information as needed
- Continuously learn and train to maintain and expand your product knowledge and customer service skills
- Update job and product knowledge by participating in ongoing educational opportunities
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a professional work ethic, strong phone and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage your time effectively. You should also have active listening skills, basic computer skills utilizing Microsoft Windows and browser-based applications, and a minimum typing speed of 25wpm. Additionally, you should be able to identify and escalate priority issues, manage and update customer data, and maintain a quiet work space with high-speed internet.
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Professional work ethic
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage your time effectively

- Basic computer skills utilizing Microsoft Windows and browser-based applications
