Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Customer service experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
- Experience using a personal computer or other automated systems, with proficiency in software applications and technology
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday and Saturday, with a willingness to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
- Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to complete assignments on time, with a focus on quality and excellence
- Driving records should have a point balance of less than six demerit points and no major convictions, demonstrating a commitment to safety and responsibility
