Job Overview

The Customer Support Specialist – Advanced Support will play a critical role in managing the growth and stability of our eCommerce platform, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving business process improvements. This is a remote, full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing advanced support to our customers, managing eCommerce operations, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders related to demand and supply for eCommerce shoppers and products, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Manage and maintain the eCommerce website, ensuring that it functions correctly, and products are accurate and available for purchase.
  • Monitor inventory levels for direct-only products, identify inventory risks, and conduct root cause analysis to resolve supply issues.
  • Provide data analysis on customer activity and product demand, ensuring order processing and warehouse SLAs are consistent and orders are managed without disruption.
  • Drive business continuity by leading projects to update and improve business processes, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement changes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including Site Planning, Site Logistics, E2E Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Quality teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for RX and restricted products, and provide audit support as needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management).
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with department heads and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate and solve problems, with solid analytical skills for independent problem-solving.
  • Strong business judgment and decision-making ability, with the ability to drive business continuity and improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP/Atlas, inventory management, order/return processes applications, and customer master setup related to customer online shopping access.
  • Understanding of Ways of Working (WoW) mindsets and behaviors, with the ability to demonstrate some of them regularly.
  • Business and finance acumen, with an understanding of the impact of own area's activities within the Supply Chain.
  • Experience with project management, process improvement, and change management.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $68,400.00 - $107,700.00, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
