As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring that our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. You'll be responsible for communicating with customers directly, empathizing with their needs, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. Your primary goal will be to deliver a seamless customer experience, making sure that our customers receive the best possible service every time.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Communicate with customers directly in-person, via phone, and via email to resolve issues and provide support
* Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, upholding company values and respecting every customer
* Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers, consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses
* Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome
* Make quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer
* Work a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule, with opportunities for growth and development
**Physical Demands**
* Perform tasks that require carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 49 pounds
* Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
* Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours
* Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud (hearing protection will be provided)
* Work in an environment where the temperature may vary due to outside weather conditions and is not controlled

As orders are dispatched and delivered, you'll be in contact with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers when they need guidance. You'll be the go-to person for resolving delivery issues, informing our delivery partners, and ensuring that our customers receive their packages on time.
