**Job Responsibilities**
As a Performance Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business results and defining industry standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Performance Analytics and Forecasting**: Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions. Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas for improvement, and develop personalized analyses from start to finish.
* **Measurement and Analytics**: Leverage multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/preserve reports. Monitor data quality and accuracy, and collaborate with team members, leaders, and business partners to respond to business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results.
* **Data Storytelling**: Build shows and visualizations to inform compelling stories with data. Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners.
* **Process Execution**: Execute programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines, ensuring accuracy and quality.
**What You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* **Bachelor's degree** and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical function.
* **Familiarity with forecasting**, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques.
* **Proactive curiosity** to understand the "Why" behind performance, decisions, etc.
* **Strong attention to detail** and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time.
* **Effective communication skills** (verbal, written, and visual).
* **Desire to excel** in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous business environment.
* **Experience with SQL and R or Python**.
**Nice-to-Haves**
* **Solid knowledge of statistical inference** and proven experience in applying statistical rigor to analyses.
* **Knowledge of data visualization best practices** and experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI.
* **Excellent SQL skills** and fluency in R or Python.
* **Ability to quickly adapt and learn new tools and skills**.
* **Ability to maintain and develop relationships** with partners/clients/team members.
* **Graduate degree** and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in analytics or data science.
