**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our Remote Customer Support Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and working towards solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic team and make a tangible difference in the lives of our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Take inbound calls to answer customer questions and work towards a solution (40-50 calls per day)
* Make outbound calls to customers when available (90-120+ calls per day) and use various collection strategies to collect on past due bills
* Answer customer questions regarding bills and provide options on how to pay or negotiate payment in full or set up payment arrangements
* Manage and review accounts to identify adjustments, discrepancies, and create a request for resolution
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
**Qualifications**
* 1+ year of customer service experience (in-person or over the phone)
* Proven ability to perform well with upset customers face-to-face or over the phone
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
* Basic computer skills, including restarting a computer, using an internet browser, Microsoft Office, and typing
* Ability to multi-task, with strong listening skills and proven reliability/punctuality in past positions
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
