**The Role**
As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Approaching user inquiries with a cool, open-minded approach and ensuring that their concerns are fully heard
* Gathering information from users to efficiently reach solutions by cross-collaborating with teams from several different departments
* Creating a lasting impression on every user through transparent, open, and honest communication
* Assisting with Tier 1 level customer inquiries ranging from account creation to gameplay explanations
* Showing up every day with a positive attitude and excited to help the team collectively reach its goals
* Delivering exceptional customer support via live chat, addressing inquiries related to account management and financial transactions
* Offering comprehensive technical assistance to both Web and Mobile app users
* Assisting in facilitating a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for users, ensuring their successful adoption of the app
**Who We're Looking For**

**Essential Qualifications**
* Flexible weekday & weekend availability due to varying shifts

* Proficient multitasker, committed to delivering high-quality work across various tasks
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with Intercom (or other ticketing processor systems)
* Fantasy Sports and/or Sports Betting knowledge
* 1-2 years of customer support or related experience

**Compensation and Benefits**
Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $18 and $20/hr. The starting base salary will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, among other things. As a seasonal employee, you'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including:
