You will analyze forecasted details from the Economists team and reputed company way-reputed company plans to ensure peak readiness, headcount hiring, and effective management of incoming and outbound phone, chat, and email volumes. company alignment. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor and analyze reputed company-time service reputed company, operational KPIs, and site-level performances to ensure seamless delivery of global WFM company to greens (PTGs) * Ensure expected processes are followed by Operations and invent simplify reputed company processes to remove waste or non-value enablers **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a reputed company field * 2+ years of experience in Workforce Management, Operations, or a reputed company field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret reputed company data and reputed company actionable insights * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability
