**What We're Looking For**
We're seeking experienced customer service professionals who share our passion for delivering exceptional service. If you have:
* A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
* At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* A positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and adapt
* A reliable private internet connection (not supplied by cellular data or hotspot)
* A secure home office environment with minimal background noise and distractions
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong knowledge of banking products and services
* Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Call Center Manager (CCCM)

**Work from Home Technology Requirements**
To ensure a seamless and secure experience, we require:
* A secure home office environment with minimal background noise and distractions
* A reliable private internet connection (not supplied by cellular data or hotspot)
* A private network that is password-protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
* Internet service provided by a cable or fiber internet service provider (ISP)
* ISP download speeds on VPN of at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
**Work from Home Location Requirements**
This role is 100% work from home, and we're unable to consider applicants who don't meet our required internet access or live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories.
