**Key Responsibilities:**
• **Strategic Partnership**: Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, understanding their architectures, web applications, and cloud stacks.
• **Technical Guidance**: Lead customers through implementation, optimization, and best practices without needing constant engineering support.
• **Executive Relationships**: Manage executive relationships and influence stakeholders to adopt recommendations.
• **Customer Alignment**: Ensure alignment with customer goals, drive adoption, and proactively mitigate churn risk.
• **Expansion Opportunities**: Identify and pursue expansion opportunities in collaboration with sales.
• **Insights and Value**: Deliver insights and communicate value through reporting, consultation, and thought leadership.
• **Industry Knowledge**: Leverage industry knowledge to tailor guidance to customer needs.
**What You Bring:**
• **8+ years** in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solution Consulting, or related technical client-facing roles.
• **Strong Technical Understanding**: Strong understanding of web applications, cloud infrastructure, and modern development stacks (HTML, JavaScript, APIs).
• **Executive Presence**: Ability to confidently lead technical conversations and troubleshoot issues.
• **Communication and Relationship Management**: Excellent communication, relationship management, and consultative skills.
• **Background in SaaS, Cybersecurity, or Financial Services**: Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, or financial services is a strong plus.
