About the Role:
As a Customer Care Executive at blithequark, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with customers over calls to ensure all issues are resolved to their satisfaction. You will be responsible for understanding customer problems accurately, following established procedures to resolve the problem, and communicating effectively with customers. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations.Key Responsibilities:
- Providing customers with information on products, services, and offers
- Taking calls from customers and making outbound calls to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Identifying customer needs and providing solutions that meet their expectations
- Taking customer calls and solving queries in a timely and efficient manner
Desired Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:Essential Qualifications:
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is a must
- Ability to take 80 to 100 calls per day
- Flexibility to work rotational shift timings of 9 hours
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Typing speed of at least 20 WPM
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Education:
We welcome candidates with a minimum of a 10+2 qualification or equivalent. Candidates with a diploma or degree are also encouraged to apply. However, please note that candidates with a BE/B. Tech or PG qualification are not eligible for this role.Experience:
We are looking for candidates with 0-11 months of work experience. Candidates with experience in BPO or a related field are preferred. However, please note that candidates with more than 12 months of experience must provide relieving letters and payslips.Benefits:
