What you will do:

  • Process incoming partner applications and sign-ups accurately and in a timely manner
  • Verify partner information and ensure all required documentation is complete
  • Enter and update partner data in CRM and internal systems
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails with partners to answer questions, provide guidance, or collect missing information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve onboarding or documentation issues
  • Generate regular reports on sign-up metrics and status updates
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and onboarding procedures
  • Maintain organized records of all partner sign-ups and related documentation

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in Sales, Account Management, Data Entry, or Channel Partnerships
  • Experience in partner onboarding or partner sign-up
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to quickly learn internal tools and follow established processes
  • Comfortable working with Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and manage deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data processing
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain positive partner relationships
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Will be a great plus:

  • Experience in SaaS or tech environment
  • Familiarity with CRM reporting / tracking partner pipeline
