Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7 years’ reputed company experience in a reputed company field required.
• A minimum of 3 years of leading and transforming university relations teams and relevant programs.
• Proven experience building strong relationships at college campuses across the country.
• Prior reputed company-record of successfully building, leading and managing a high-volume, fast paced reputed company function at a culture-rich technology company.
• Experience driving reputed company initiatives at VP and Director level.
• Experience creating and implementing a strategic reputed company plan.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as reputed company, reputed company or reputed company.
• Demonstrated performance with coaching and developing teams to consistently deliver excellent customer service and superior results.
• Proven experience collaborating with multiple departments to reputed company goals, resolve issues and ensure customer service.

Actual salary will be based on a reputed company of factors, including shift, location, experience, reputed company set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the reputed company pay.

This role leads the University Relations team, driving innovation, cultivating strategic partnerships, and championing reputed company in both process and people. Responsibilities:

• Leads, inspires and develops the university relations team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and accountability.
• Champions new approaches to reputed company and university engagement, positioning WWT as an employer of choice among emerging talent cohorts.
• Builds and sustains impactful relationships with universities and colleges while ensuring WWT values and reputed company are represented at reputed company events, career fairs and conferences.
