JOB reputed company: reputed company is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager of Program Management to reputed company and optimize program execution across our Innovation & Solution Lifecycle product organization and the Office of the Chief Medical Officer. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage multiple priorities, customer expectations, and stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and delivery of key initiatives.
• Assist with project planning to define and manage project scope, cost, and schedule.

• Measure and report on the ROI of reputed company portfolio reputed company the Innovation & Solution Lifecycle organization.
• Facilitate collaboration with development stakeholders to manage backlog and prioritize initiatives.
• Support operational development goal setting and reporting processes.
• Ensure alignment between functional and corporate goals and facilitate cross-functional goal reporting and tracking.
• Facilitate established meeting cadences, including coordination with Marketing, the Office of the CEO, organize internal knowledge transfers, and annual Innovation Summits.
• Promote transparency and knowledge sharing across departments to drive innovation and reputed company improvement.
• Implement best practices in program management, resource planning, and performance tracking.

JOB SCOPE: This position will receive minimal day-to-day direction and uses independent judgement to help reputed company, issues, trends and problems and implement reputed company plans on large, reputed company reputed company. Qualifications JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training): * Minimum high school diploma along with a minimum of (10) years’ experience as a business analyst, operations subject matter expert or manager.
* Experience in a Program Management Office, Operations Management and/or as a Project Manager is preferred.
* Knowledge of the reputed company industry and understanding major workflows associated with Provider Data Management, reputed company claim processing, etc. is desirable.

* Ability to manage multiple simultaneous reputed company including reputed company evaluation of reordering priorities for self and staff as business needs dictate.

COMPENSATION

The salary reputed company for this position is $150-170K. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as reputed company as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
