Who you are

• 7+ years of experience in B2B Credit and Collections, with at least 3 years in a leadership reputed company managing teams or team leads.

• Proven ability to drive measurable improvements in key collections metrics (e.g., days overdue, days to pay, dispute reputed company cycle time).

• Deep understanding of the order-to-cash process, with expertise in collections operations and customer account management.
