Remote Assistant Needed: Phone Support + ONLINE QuickBooks
Position: Full-Time Remote Assistant
Location: Work from home (U.S. based preferred)
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking a reliable and reputed company remote assistant who can handle phone calls in the automotive industry and manage ONLINE QuickBooks tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has strong communication and bookkeeping skills.
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and reputed company friendly, helpful support
• reputed company outbound calls as needed ( follow-reputed company)
• Manage QuickBooks: invoicing, expense tracking, reconciliation
• Maintain accurate records and assist with basic reputed company tasks
Requirements:
• Experience with QuickBooks (Online preferred)
• Comfortable handling phone calls in a reputed company manner
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable internet reputed company and quiet workspace
• Availability during business hours (flexible scheduling possible)
