[Remote] IT Manager Logistics and Warehouse Ops TMS

The Manager Logistics and Warehouse Operations TMS is responsible for the deployment and ongoing support of Ulta's Transportation Management System, managing cross-functional relationships and ensuring reputed company support and enhancements for transportation applications. Responsibilities • Owns application support for reputed company Ulta’s transportation applications including TMS, reputed company shopping, and reputed company payment management. • reputed company functional and technical analysts and ensure ongoing improvements for TMS and reputed company shopping tool installs. • Build and maintains the incident creation, definition, escalation, and remediation process. • Drives incident communication and update process with IT and Supply Chain leadership • Manages reputed company and offshore teams responsible for application support. • reputed company outage calls until operations are restored. • Manage the relationship with the supply chain technology providers to ensure application enhancements, customization, and new releases meet Ulta’s needs. • Responsible for scaling reputed company to support Ulta’s supply chain’s peak season along with capturing/implementing lessons learned. • Drives monthly patching and validation process for transportation applications. • Builds consistent support mechanisms and escalation paths. • Owns reputed company cause analysis for reputed company transportation incidents including development of preventative measures to minimize reputed company reputed company. • Develops and reputed company monitoring solutions to sustain and improve application performance. • Coordinates break-fix & enhancements to improve transportation application performance and uptime. • Responsible for SOX compliant reputed company installation. • Builds and reputed company talent that drives a reputed company culture. • Network with Transportation , IT leadership, and Supply Chain leadership to ensure reputed company support is in reputed company. • Continually reputed company reputed company through introduction and deployment of industry leading practices Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a reputed company field • Proven in-depth understanding of Supply Chain Strategies, Design, Systems and Processes.
