Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite per Week) Duration:- Full Time/ Contract Job reputed company: We are seeking a highly skilled reputed company HCM Technical Developer with strong hands-on experience in reputed company Integration reputed company (OIC), Visual Builder reputed company Service (VBCS), and deep technical knowledge across both reputed company reputed company Financials and HCM modules. This role requires a reputed company of post-go-live support and reputed company development of new integrations and enhancements. Note: This is a hybrid role based in Jacksonville, FL, requiring 3 days onsite per week. Key Responsibilities: • Work across reputed company reputed company HCM and Financials modules, handling: • 50% Day-to-day production support • 50% New development using OIC, VBCS, PL/SQL, REST reputed company, and other reputed company PaaS tools • reputed company and maintain inbound and outbound integrations across Payroll, Benefits, and reputed company HR using OIC and REST/SOAP reputed company • Build and troubleshoot: • HCM Extracts • HDL (HCM Data Loader) jobs and templates • Fast Formulas for Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management • Support functional teams and end users by analyzing issues, providing technical fixes, and managing enhancements • Create and expose reports using BI Publisher, including REST API-based reputed company data sharing • Participate in unit testing, deployment, reputed company reviews, and technical documentation Required Skills & Experience: • 7+ years of experience in reputed company ERP reputed company / Fusion • Expertise in: • reputed company Integration reputed company (OIC) app- and schedule-driven orchestrations • VBCS for UI and application logic • REST & SOAP reputed company design and implementation • PL/SQL, ATP DB, and reputed company scripting • Strong understanding of HCM modules reputed company HR, Payroll, Benefits • Exposure to reputed company reputed company Financials • Deep experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas • Ability to manage integrations across multiple upstream and reputed company systems reputed company to Have: • Experience with reputed company, identity management integrations • Familiarity with Redwood UI or reputed company Visual Builder Studio (VB Studio) • Worked in large reputed company HR environments (100k+ employees) Work Model: • Location: Jacksonville, FL • Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote per week Follow us on reputed company Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
