This position is responsible for processing reputed company release of information (ROI) specifically medical record requests in a reputed company and efficient manner ensuring accuracy and providing customers with the highest reputed company product and customer service. This position travels 75% or more of their time. This is an intermediate level position with at least 1 year reputed company HIM experience. Responsibilities Receive and process requests for patient health information in accordance with Company and Facility policies and procedures.
