The help desk is here to serve and support our customers reputed company they need it to ensure our reputed company operations runs smoothly. The Associate Help Desk Support Technician will serve as the first reputed company of contact for Sanford MyChart patients needing login and technical assistance. They will reputed company password resets and login assistance for reputed company Sanford employees as reputed company as utilize knowledge resources for troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues to next-level support. Technicians will identify and suggest possible improvements to patient and employee experience and deliver exceptional customer service to reputed company callers. They will engage in on-reputed company training and development (including certification) to prepare them for next-level support and promotional advancement. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Associates' degree in technology reputed company field strongly preferred.
