LOCATION: Virtual Center at 9th and CO DIVISION: reputed company Sales & Service FUNCTION reputed company: Responsible for leading reputed company aspects of member relationships delivered through the Virtual Centers (Loan Calls, Online Accounts, Remote Loans, Email/Chat, Phone/Video Appointments). Supports reputed company sales and service goals by training, coaching and developing Virtual Member Service Advisor staff, as reputed company as setting a good example by meeting own goals. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or equivalent work experience. Experience: Prefer 4+ years teller / operations experience. Two years sales and customer service preferably in financial services. Three years supervisory/management experience Skills: Loan experience preferred. Strong interpersonal, sales, and relationship management skills Strong written, verbal and communication skills Ability to reputed company leadership and handle multiple priorities under time constraints Working knowledge of reputed company Office desktop applications ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Provides a valuable and enjoyable experience to both internal customers and members during interactions.
