POSITION SUMMARY:
Harvey Mudd College seeks a temporary full- or part-time application reader for its 2025-26 admission cycle. Harvey Mudd’s admission process is a holistic one in which students’ academic achievement, personal strengths, and potential to thrive in HMC’s collaborative and challenging environment are considered. While this is a fully remote position, candidates must reside in California.

Applications are read in pairs online, and therefore candidates will need access to a computer with high-speed internet access and must have a private and secure place in which to read.
Candidates will be asked to read quickly and thoroughly, process a large amount of information in a relatively short amount of time, be open to feedback from admission staff, be aware of their own personal biases, and keep HMC’s mission and enrollment goals in mind.
