We also need someone who can speak with authority, maintain the room, and create confidence. A Recruiting Coordinator who can inspire loyalty, energize the culture, and who makes not one thing boring.
This isn't a "post jobs and hope" role. You'll run group interviews twice per week (10-20 people at a time), conduct one-on-one interviews with select candidates, lead new hire onboarding, and work directly with our recruiting lead to fill developer, project manager, marketing, and sales positions. You'll inspire candidates to see themselves as part of something bigger, and you'll close them on joining the team.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
Group Interviews (Twice Weekly): You'll run structured group interviews twice per week with 10-20 candidates per session. You're on camera, presenting the company vision, reading the room, and identifying who's engaged vs. who's checked out. You're not reading from a script—you're performing. You close the session strong and identify top candidates for the next round.
One-on-One Interviews (Select Candidates Only): You'll conduct 30-minute one-on-ones with candidates who stood out in the group setting. You're asking the right questions, feeling out culture fit, and closing strong candidates on the spot. You're not just screening—you're selling them on why this is the right move.
Onboarding New Hires: You'll plug new sales team members into our group chat, CRM (GoHighLevel), and training course. You're their first impression of the company—you make them feel like they just joined the winning team.
Pipeline Management: You'll work with our recruiting coordinator who handles initial outreach and job postings. You'll review applicants together, prioritize who moves to group interviews, and ensure no strong candidate falls through the cracks.
