Expected Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

Project Coordinator, Technology creates and monitors technology product development and sales pursuit schedules and budgets, tracks and enforces the performance of tasks, organizes related documentation, and facilitates or executes communication between technology development personnel, sales team members, and other stakeholders. The Project Coordinator, Technology is responsible for and empowered to enforce technology product development and sales pursuit deadlines and resource allocations. The Project Coordinator, Technology serves as a centralized authority for technology product development and sales pursuit information, timely updates, and the status of pending actions or approvals.
Duties and Responsibilities / Essential Functions
• Create, monitor and enforce technology project schedules, deadlines, and milestones to ensure successful project completion.
• Create and maintain up-to-date and organized technology project documentation, including meeting agendas, meeting notes, action items, budget performance metrics, and status reports.
• Support and assist technical and sales personnel in managing daily project activities, including analysis of objectives and determining specific project requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.
• Monitor project performance to ensure adherence to project specifications, organizational standards, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle, report discrepancies, and recommend and implement remedial measures.
• Coordinate resources for technology project execution, including internal staffing, equipment, products, travel, documentation, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Audit project processes to identify inefficiencies, resolve issues, and improve performance.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of technology product marketing and proposal materials.

Skills and Specifications
• Understanding of technology project lifecycle phases (planning, execution, monitoring, closure).
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of technology product development concepts and technology product attributes, including scrums, sprints, software development, information technology infrastructure, cloud services, etc.
• Demonstrable experience with technology product development and sales task tracking, scheduling, and status reporting.
• Practiced ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong time management skills, with capability of managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Practiced ability to design and maintain structured documentation and recordkeeping systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not require the supervision of direct reports.
Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office using standard office equipment.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to twist, turn, bend, lift, kneel, climb, and stand. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. may occur.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time salaried position. Standard days and hours are 40 hours per week, weekends and extended hours as needed. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, holidays, and weekends will be required based on needs.
Travel
Occasional travel to company and customer locations is required.
Required Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a technology product project coordination or operations role.
Work Authorization / Security Clearance
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass pre-employment (post offer) background check.
• Must pass pre-employment (post offer) drug test and motor vehicle record review.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS), including by plane.
